Our Managing Trustee
Mark Fidel, JD, EMBA
Founder & Managing Trustee
Mark Fidel is the founder and managing trustee of FCG Trust Management. He brings a disciplined, governance-focused approach to trust administration shaped by decades of experience in legal, financial, and operational leadership roles.
Mark’s professional background spans highly regulated environments requiring precision, documentation, and long-term accountability. He previously co-founded RiskSense, Inc., which was acquired by Ivanti, Inc. in 2023. During that period, he served in senior leadership roles across legal, finance, and corporate development, with responsibility for compliance, oversight, and execution.
Earlier in his career, Mark owned and operated a litigation support and document management firm serving law firms and insurance organizations—experience that reinforced the importance of careful recordkeeping, process discipline, and clear accountability. He has also held leadership roles in education and professional development, including serving as Executive Director of the Western States School of Banking and as an adjunct professor.
Mark began his career as a financial analyst and later senior financial analyst with Intel Corporation. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, an Executive MBA from the University of New Mexico, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from New Mexico State University.
In addition to his professional work, Mark has served in numerous governance and board leadership roles, including chairing and serving on boards for educational, healthcare, legal services, and civic organizations. This long-standing involvement in fiduciary and oversight roles informs his approach as managing trustee—focused on stewardship, clarity, and doing the work carefully, over time.
